2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

However, customers may be eligible for a return or refund after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment:

• A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during the purchase.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
